Position: Café Manager

Location: Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily café operations efficiently
• Supervise and support café staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations
• Handle staff scheduling and attendance
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of café operations and customer service
• English communication skills required
