Front Office Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Handle reception and front desk activities efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Manage office correspondence, courier services, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist management with additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently available in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Additional language skills will be an advantage.
