Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle reception and front desk activities efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Manage office correspondence, courier services, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist management with additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Additional language skills will be an advantage.
