Overwatch Defense International 365 is seeking reliable, vigilant, and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. - Mandatory Transportation Requirement
⚠ Vehicle Required: You must possess reliable personal transportation to commute to and from your assigned work sites. Public transit is not sufficient due to shifting schedules and varying job locations across counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, authoritative, and professional security presence.
- Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols to prevent theft and vandalism.
- Control property access, check IDs, and log all visitors.
- De-escalate conflicts professionally and respond swiftly to emergencies.
- Complete daily activity logs and write clear, accurate incident reports.
Qualifications
- Active California BSIS Guard Card (Required and verifiable).
- Valid Driver’s License and a dedicated personal vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
- Excellent communication, situational awareness, and customer service skills.
- Background in security, military service, or law enforcement is highly advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively.
