Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will assist with order fulfillment, inventory handling, packaging, and shipping activities to help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products before packaging.
• Label packages and complete shipping documentation as required.
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following company procedures.
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed.
• Follow company safety standards, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, retail, or shipping is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Basic communication and problem-solving abilities.
