Job Vacancy: Quality & Operations Officer (In the field of training and Human Development)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training institute operations and daily workflow
- Ensure quality standards for programs, assessments, and learning outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and performance, track improvements, and report results
- Manage compliance, documentation, and internal process improvements
- Coordinate with trainers, HR, and management to support smooth execution
- Handle student/learner service follow-up and issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business/Admin/Operations/Quality)
- Proven atleast 5 years of experience in operations management and/or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and KPI tracking
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with training/education environments is an advantage
