Waiter
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when required.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support branch management in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hospitality or food service experience is an advantage.
Pay: KD280.000 per month
