Admin Assistant - Invoicing (Selayang)

Duties & Responsible

  • Taking ordering and processing issues DO
  • Issue monthly customer statements;
  • Issue DO, invoice or any other document to the customer and list accordingly
  • Transitioned Invoicing service to warehouse operation
  • All data entry updates on time to the SAP system, order, delivery DO, and invoicing.
  • Update customer files with issued invoices;
  • Process credit memo;
  • Work closely with Executives/supervisors of documents needed
  • Back-up your teammate who is absence.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Guaduate encourage to join us. we provide SAP training
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic Skills

  • Critical thinking: This precedes problem-solving skills.
  • Speaking skill: This helps in different ways like communicating with customers, procurement and sales department.
  • Coordination: He/she should be able to carry out activities as planned
