Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the TOF organization, including PMTC, PICO, and CSTC, in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance management. The role partners with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support key initiatives such as 7x7X 2.0 Goals and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze operating expenses, including Owned MOH and other key cost categories, to ensure spending remains within approved budget.
- Review monthly financial results, perform variance analysis, and provide timely insights on risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to support management decision-making.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business performance reviews and planning activities.
- Partner with the TOF organization, including PMTC, PICO, and CSTC, to provide financial analysis and business support for operational and strategic decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and resource planning, including analysis of headcount, spending trends, inventory-related costs, absorption, BCP, and Capex.
- Provide financial support for key business initiatives and projects, including 7x7X 2.0 Goals, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), transfer programs, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive process improvement and reporting efficiency by enhancing data accuracy, streamlining workflows, supporting inventory and E&O reviews, and identifying opportunities for automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, business finance, or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large data sets and convert financial and operational data into meaningful business insights.
- Knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, MicroStrategy, and OneStream will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
