- Administrative Assistant (Omani National)

Duties/Responsibilities

Provides support with database maintenance

Assists with filing documents with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion and ensures all forms, attachments, and fees are correctly submitted

Organizes and maintains files and records

Maintains physical and digital filing systems and enters case details into the IP Management System

Translates documents when needed (from/to English/Arabic)

Prepares regular and periodic reports as requested

Performs other administrative and trademark-related tasks as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

Omani national

Good command of English and Arabic

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
