Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Team Lead to oversee daily IT operations, manage support teams, and ensure system reliability. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Supervise IT operations staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Incident management: Oversee troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of technical issues.
- Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for IT operations.
- Compliance & security: Ensure adherence to IT policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of IT operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and system administration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage.
