Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Boutique Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for boutique-style service.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff supervision: Lead and manage hotel staff, schedule shifts, and maintain team morale.
- Guest relations: Deliver personalized service, resolve guest concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operational management: Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to maintain high standards.
- Quality assurance: Monitor service delivery, cleanliness, and compliance with hospitality standards.
- Inventory & logistics: Manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and optimize resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of boutique hotel operations and guest service excellence.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
