Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chains, oversee vendor relations, and ensure smooth operational support for hotel services. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply chain management: Coordinate procurement, deliveries, and inventory for hotel operations.
- Vendor coordination: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service.
- Resource allocation: Manage distribution of resources across departments to optimize efficiency.
- Operational support: Assist hotel teams with logistics planning and execution.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure adherence to hospitality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in logistics or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and supply chain management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Isa Town:BHD 309-800, depending on experience).
