Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Tour Manager to oversee multi-destination tour operations, manage logistics, and lead a team of coordinators. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Tour planning: Design and oversee regional itineraries, ensuring smooth execution across destinations.
- Team leadership: Supervise tour coordinators and guides, manage schedules, and foster team performance.
- Client relations: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Vendor management: Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure quality services.
- Budget oversight: Monitor tour budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure adherence to travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tour management or travel operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country logistics and complex itineraries.
- Knowledge of regional tourism trends and hospitality standards.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Isa Town:BHD 850-900, with experienced managers earning up to BHD 1,500).
