Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Resort Operations Coordinator to support daily resort operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth guest services. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest services coordination: Assist in managing guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Operational support: Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient resort operations.
- Logistics management: Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Quality assurance: Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hospitality guidelines.
- Reporting & documentation: Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or resort operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Isa Town:BHD 309-800, depending on experience).
