Job Summary
Netwurx Supply Solutions is looking for a proactive, highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to streamline our end-to-end logistics, inventory, and procurement operations. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact connecting suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders. Your main priority will be maintaining optimal inventory health, tracking global shipments, and ensuring the seamless execution of our supply chain to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Shipment Tracking: Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments. Monitor transit timelines, manage customs clearance documentation, and proactively resolve any freight or border delays.
- Inventory Control & Reordering: Monitor stock levels across multiple warehousing locations using ERP systems. Analyze inventory turnover and calculate reorder points using Excel to balance safety stock and reduce holding costs.
- Purchase Order Management: Generate, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) based on demand forecasts. Audit supplier order confirmations against invoices to ensure accurate pricing, quantities, and lead times.
- Supplier Performance Tracking: Maintain regular communication with manufacturing partners and vendors. Build and monitor supplier scorecards tracking delivery accuracy, lead-time compliance, and product quality.
- Data Maintenance & Reporting: Keep the supply chain database, landed cost models, and master parts files updated. Generate weekly operational reports on shipment statuses and inventory KPIs for leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics tracking, or operations management within a global BPO, distribution, or international trade environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tracking, and automation) and hands-on experience utilizing enterprise ERP or supply chain management platforms.
- Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of international logistics, Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP), customs clearance procedures, and freight forwarding networks.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional structural problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the agility to handle multiple fast-moving logistics timelines simultaneously.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills to confidently collaborate with global suppliers, customs brokers, and international executive stakeholders.
Pay: BD638.090 per month
