Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Project Leader to manage IT projects, lead technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in IT project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project leadership: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Team management: Supervise technical staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Client communication: Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Risk management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Compliance & standards: Ensure adherence to IT policies, industry standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT project management or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects under pressure.
