Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in management accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial planning: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Performance analysis: Evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Cost control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Reporting: Prepare management reports and present insights to senior leadership.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Team leadership: Mentor junior accountants and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of management accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
