We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our restaurant team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and are committed to providing outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and waitlists efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression.
  • Support the restaurant floor team whenever needed to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for a face-to-face interview.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Hostess or Receptionist in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Experience using SevenRooms reservation system is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to assist the floor team during busy service periods.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required.
