Baking & Production: Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies following strict recipes.
- Menu Development: Design new seasonal desserts and custom items to attract customers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor baking supplies, manage waste, and order ingredients within budget.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure pristine kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Staff Leadership: Train, guide, and supervise junior bakers and kitchen assistants.

Pay: KD250.000 - KD700.000 per month
