Description
Event Planning: Review banquet event orders, confirm guest counts, and plan layouts with clients.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
- Kitchen Coordination: Brief the culinary team on menu items, schedules, and allergy restrictions.
- Operations Oversight: Inspect room layouts, decor, and table settings before guests arrive.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health, sanitation, and alcohol safety laws.
- Salary Depends on Experience_
Pay: KD250.000 - KD700.000 per month
