Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking AI Strategist to help the organization identify, plan, and implement practical Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business operations, productivity, customer experience, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify business processes and operations where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and potential impact.
  • Develop AI implementation roadmaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Work with different departments to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support business processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop effective prompts, AI workflows, and automation processes.
  • Explore AI-powered solutions such as AI assistants, chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and intelligent data analysis.
  • Monitor developments in AI technology and recommend new tools that may benefit the organization.
  • Assist in testing, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions.
  • Track the performance and business impact of AI initiatives using appropriate KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and recommendations related to AI initiatives.
  • Support management in making informed decisions regarding AI investments and technology adoption.
  • Promote responsible and effective use of AI within the organization.
  • Provide basic guidance and training to employees on the effective use of AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in AI technology, AI strategy, automation, digital transformation, or a related field.:

  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify practical AI opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing AI strategies or AI implementation plans.
  • Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, workflow automation, and AI-powered assistants.
  • Understanding of APIs and integration of AI tools with existing business systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, data analytics, or automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in business process optimization or digital transformation is preferred.
  • Experience within real estate, construction, facility management, or other service industries is an advantage.
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain.:
