Are you a Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in villa or high-rise construction projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team.
Experience: 3-7 years in a similar planning role
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Languages: English & Hindi
Project Background: Villas / High-Rise Buildings
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project:
Experience preparing and maintaining baseline and master schedules:
Good understanding of WBS, CPM and resource planning:
Ability to measure actual progress against planned progress
- Experience identifying delays, preparing variance analysis and tracking recovery
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly planning reports:
Understanding of construction activities, sequencing and productivity
- Knowledge of procurement schedules and subcontractor coordination
Exposure to EVM, S-curves and productivity monitoring:
Familiarity with FIDIC, EOT and claims-related planning support:
Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to work with Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
