Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong Civil/Construction background.
Experience: 3-7 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Languages: English & Hindi
- Strong knowledge of Civil construction works:
Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost plans:
Ability to measure and value completed works
Experience handling variations, claims, and change orders:
Knowledge of subcontractor and supplier quotations:
Understanding of GCC contracts and construction commercial practices:
Experience with cost control and project expenditure monitoring:
Ability to prepare monthly commercial reports and final accounts:
Good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings:
Strong MS Excel and quantity measurement/take-off skills
- Basic knowledge of MEP quantity surveying
