Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong construction-sector experience to join our team.
Experience: 3-7 years in a similar Quantity Surveying role
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Background: Strictly Construction
Languages: Good English & Hindi
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and cost plans:
Good knowledge of Civil works and basic knowledge of MEP quantities:
Experience in site measurements, quantity take-offs, and interim payments:
Knowledge of variations, change orders, and site instructions:
Experience with subcontractor quotation analysis and procurement:
Good understanding of GCC construction contracts and commercial clauses:
Experience in cost control, cash flow, reconciliation, and commercial reporting:
Ability to prepare final accounts and claim assessments:
Strong ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings:
Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with quantity take-off and measurement software
