- fluent in English and Chinese speaking (verbal/ phone/ messages)
- good attitude, highly-organized and responsible
- ability to remain calm & graceful even under stressful circumstances
- Able to work retail hours(10am-8pm) and weekends,2 Days a week
- Able to work well in a team
- Friendly deposition

Responsibilities Job Role
- Warmly welcome & greet clients, provide excellent customer service
- Taking payment and performing payment settlements
- Provide main duties at the front desk including answering incoming calls, registration, arranging appointments, taking care of customer files, payment collection
- Update client records, appointments and services offered
- Attending to customers/inquiries where necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- No hard selling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
