Key responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations
- Promote and sell lighting, ceiling fan, sanitary products, curtain and blinds.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers and contractors
- Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain sales pipeline and customer records
- Review site assessments and provide suitable product recommendations based on customer requirements and space constraints.
- Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sales processes, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of interior designers, architects, contractors, and property professionals.
- Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience
- Experience dealing with IDs or contractors is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented
- Results-driven with ability to close sales
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with retail working hours, including weekends and PH
- Experience in retail, renovation, home furnishing, or related industries is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
