Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Cleaning Operations Manager / Soft Services Manager with strong experience in commercial cleaning and soft facilities management operations in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
- Handle commercial cleaning contracts and ensure service delivery as per agreed standards.
- Conduct site surveys, operational assessments, and costing for new and existing contracts.
- Calculate manpower requirements based on site scope, productivity, and operational requirements.
- Lead and manage the mobilization of new cleaning contracts, including manpower, equipment, chemicals, and operational setup.
- Plan, schedule, and deploy cleaning teams effectively across different sites.
- Monitor the proper use and maintenance of cleaning machinery, equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage SLA/KPI performance and take corrective action where required.
- Handle client complaints, service issues, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and contract retention.
- Train, supervise, and develop cleaning supervisors and operational staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper control of cleaning chemicals, consumables, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare operational reports, manpower plans, inspection reports, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait.:
- Mandatory experience in a commercial cleaning company, soft services company, or facilities management company.
- Proven hands-on experience specifically in commercial cleaning operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning contracts and service delivery.
- Practical experience in site surveys, costing, manpower calculation, and contract mobilization.
- Experience in cleaning team scheduling and manpower deployment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning machinery, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Experience in quality inspections, SLA/KPI monitoring, and client management.
- Strong experience handling client complaints and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in staff training and operational supervision.
Valid Kuwait Driving Licence is mandatory.:
Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
