Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and confidently answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to restaurant standards.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs without being intrusive.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of tables and service areas.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, hostess, and management teams.
- Follow all restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
