With clear and transparent communication, you’ll manage the expectation towards the stakeholders as well as towards the team well. - CHANGE MANAGEMENT

As you are shaping the workflows and leading the definition of the service portfolio in the area of production and postproduction, you’ll need to be able to manage changes in a non-disruptive way and generate an intrinsic motivation of the service users to adjust their way of working.
- ROADMAP PLANNING

You are breaking down your ideas for development of the service portfolio in the production/postproduction domain into valuable roadmap items for alignment with the teams and the stakeholders, and also for prioritization across other roadmap items within the broader department.

You’ll work in an agile team that has the ownership of delivering the services you plan together as well as to operate these services.   • Work experience in a media company, TV station or an agency
  • Strongly immersed in the current culture on the pulse of current and upcoming media production and postproduction trends
  • Experience in budget and strategy planning to drive change and improvement
  • High empathy with the capability to work with people from all cultural and social backgrounds
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strong project management skills
  • With your highly structured and self-sufficient way of working you enjoy excelling in a high-demanding environment
  • Familiar with service design principles, experience with user experience design
  • University degree in Media Production, Media Design, Computer Science or Economics or professional experience in any of these areas
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Travel 10%
