We are in search of an experienced technical writer who transforms complex and technically written material into clear and concise documentation. Directly reporting to the CPO, you will be forming the technical writing team as part of our product group. Joining Sepio you will:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end-to-end responsibility for documenting a wide range of features.
- Write and edit microcopy for the features you are responsible, conforming to a style guide.
- Manage multiple documentation and writing tasks from various sources with high quality and timely delivery.
- Work directly with product managers and R&D team members, understanding the product functionality and the information that needs to be provided to end-users.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a technical writer, creating and editing software documentation and writing release notes.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Native-level English.
- Ability to multi-task and know how to prioritize tasks.
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
