Your Profile:
- Your mother tongue is French, and you are fluent in English (from B2)
- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service at all times
- Document relevant case information
