- Managing Industrialization projects in all phases: planning, implementation, monitoring and control and close, using the best project management practices that include the following areas of expertise;
- Identification and scope of the project management;
- Planning and control of time and costs;
- Management Project Team;
- Ensure the quality management of the project by ensuring customer satisfaction / systematic at all stages until the stabilization the product in production;
- Management of stakeholders and the communication within the project (internal and external);
- Risk management;
- Monitoring of the purchasing process;
- Integration of all components and systematic design.
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:
- Master /degree in engineering or management;
- Good knowledge of project management;
- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of problem solving tools;
- Critical and creative spirit;
- Excellent negotiation skills and decision making;
- Good ability to work in team and under pressure;
- Good capacity of planning, communication and leadership skills;
- Good capacity to coordinate teams;
- High dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge BES (Bosch Engineering System) and PEP (Product Engineering Process);
- PM fundamentals I and II training;
- 4 Years of professional experience or two years of PM experience;
- Willingness to travel.
