More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:

  • Data & Information architecture for Sustainability, identifying drivers and robust information objects that will become key elements in our canonical data model used for integration and analytics across the value chain
  • Application & IT Architecture for Sustainability. Evolving our target architecture to include a sustainability focus, through software selection & solution design, supporting the framing of robust implementations.
    Responsible for up-to-date architecture artefacts and architecture patterns. Partnering with project teams to design, create and re-use of the same
  • Evolve the Enterprise Architecture discipline and competences, especially value adding services like conceptual solution design, embedding architecture into the development teams (Classic or Agile), and creative ways of supporting the digital transformation.
  • Shared Responsibility for the Inter IKEA Architecture Roadmap.
  • Shared Responsibility for cross-domain architecture scrums / working groups to resolve strategic questions, continuously improve a consistent business and technology blueprint.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong enterprise architect, able to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives.

We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable architect with strong willpower. You are curious and able to build relationships in order to establish strong trust between the architecture community and its stakeholders. It is also necessary that you carry natural credibility and you have a proven track record of reaching stretch targets. You are an energetic and collaborative leader who has a very good knowledge of IT and digital organisations, strategies and working methods.
