We guide the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We’re also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, provide recommendations in line with the company’s strategic direction.

What you’ll achieve

You will have the opportunity to be part of a talented team that supports our Dell Technology Latin America team members. As a HR Generalist Advisor, located in Brazil, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring our team members and leaders have the best customer experience possible when reaching out to HR with questions and concerns.

  1. Providing HR support to programs and processes for areas such as but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development, Connected Workplace, etc.

  2. Act as a liaison between above areas and our team (Team Member Service Desk).

  3. Providing advice counsel on HR matters including but not limited to Employee Relations, Performance Management and Ethics.


You will
- Work with different HR areas such as: HR Technology, Compensation and Benefits, Facilities, etc. On ensuring we have the right support processes in place to guide our team members through life journey transitions.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • HR Experience in areas such as: HR Generalist, Employee Relations

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or related studies
