Market-leading Facilities Management provider with excellent career development opportunities are seeking a Cleaning Services Manager / Facilities Manager. Location Melbourne's South East Suburbs around the Langwarrin, Hastings and Balnarring suburbs.
The position will provide front-line management and supervision of cleaning activities across a portfolio of high-profile and complex buildings such as schools and associated grounds. Your role will direct and lead a team through employees and subcontractors. This supervision of staff will include the guidance, inductions and training across a number of multi-site operations in accordance with each assets Cleaning Services Plan.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have; A driving licence; Proven experience in the supervision of cleaning operations under a commercial arrangement; An understanding of the adherence to Key Performance measures; An understanding of integrated facilities contracts and statutory obligations; An understanding of contemporary HR principles and practices, including WH&S and Industrial Relations law and regulations including relevant awards and enterprise agreements; Sound computer literacy and formal reporting and report writing skills; Demonstrable competent management, communication and interpersonal skills.
