Your role is as follows
- Oversee the repair, upgrades and overall maintenance of retailer premises
- Actively engage and liaise with retailers
- Proactively manage budgeting and financial controls
- Opportunity to work in a development space, liaising with project management personel
- Managing and overseeing sub-contractor works
- Ensuring WHS requirements are met within the centre
- General consultation with retailers & other stakeholders to improve the premise
The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years Australian work experience in retail facilities management
- Experience in managing workplace health and safety expectations and implementation
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be interested in progressing your career
- Be eager to learn and join a collaborative & outgoing team
