As a Portal Developer Manager, your key responsibilities are as follow:
- To deliver technical design document inclusive of source codes and handover documents
- To design, develop, build and configure the solutions to meet design specifications
- To configure the codes and objects using core workflow principles that are well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- To define and propose all testing scenarios including exception rules- To perform and support code merge process
- Perform migration to production environment after all testing and technical setup completed.
- Adopt best practices in agile (using SCRUM framework) and system development concept
Professional Skill Requirements
- Possess min 7 years’ experience in PHP, React, HTMP & CSS (including Bootstrap) and Laravel
- Prior experience leading & managing a team
- Collaboration skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in being a maintainer (preferred)
- Time management skills
