As a Sr.Professional-Sourcing, you will set the path to success by overseeing activities that would promote Sutherland as the employer of choice.
Senior Professional in this role gets to:
Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with various schools, government and private organizations
Represent the company in activities related to recruitment and employee programs
Stay informed on latest trends and innovative sourcing techniques
Organize events that will attract novice and experienced talents
Qualifications:**
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably from the same industry
- Excellent presentation, data analysis and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Someone who does have a strong campus recruitment background
