Graphic Designers in this role get to:
Build the business: Create outstanding original graphic content daily to provide an authentic view into Sutherland as an employer and promote career opportunities.
Set the tone: Develop powerful material that will speak across cultures and languages.
Set the path to success: Work closely with internal stakeholders in Sourcing and Recruiting to understand business needs and produce exceptional work to meet those needs.
Take the lead: Be comfortable working with mínimal supervision, having creative input in the full lifecycle of the design process.
Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in photography / videography (preferred)
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard tools and platforms (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Quark, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
- Creative and resourceful demeanor
