Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, resolve customer questions, and provide solutions to customers;
  • In addition to passively receiving and providing services such as ticket reservations, it is also more active to actively sell tickets to customers on an as-needed basis.
  • Meet customer needs, improve service efficiency, and meet customer requirements for service quality;
  • Maintain good communication with the airport team at each terminal of Finnair, providing service support for ticket reservation, change or ticketing.
  • When the airline changes the flight schedule, flight delay or cancellation, etc., provide the customer with the ticket change date or change the route ticket service
  • Handle all background class work, including but not limited to queue processing;
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback;
