JOB DESCRIPTION:
What you will do:
- Ensure that the Technical API Specifications are up to date in order that Channel Managers are able to send ARI (Availability, Rates and Inventory) and receive Bookings from HOTELBEDS.
- Creating the Technical documentation, building Xml Examples, Error Descriptions.
- We make sure the ARI sent by Channel Managers reaches our system.
- We make sure that the BMS (Booking Migration System) send all reservations, modifications and cancellations to the channel managers so that they can distribute them to the connected hotels.
- Creation and monitoring of dashboards for different purposes.
- Ensure that All Channel Managers have a goof API Performance.
- Creating dashboards, daily monitoring and reporting of the traffic Platform, analysis of errors.
- Ensure that All Existing and New Funcionalities/Features for Channel Managers behave as expected.
- Testing them first in Int/Stage Environment by ourselves and with them through diferent communication channels.
Enhance APIs, control E2E ChM implementations, definitions, Participation, roll out, Error Model.
What we expect from you:Bachelor in Engineering, Computing Science, or related experience in the field of Channel manager.
- Basic knowledge about RESTful pattern design. Previous experience supporting API based software development products.
- Familiarity analyzing data from XML/JSON formats and SQL databases.
- Experience managing multiple software projects, product requirements and keeping documentation up to date.
- Ability to monitor/interpret metrics, step back and proactively take actions upon.
A data-driven mindset.
Qualifications:Diploma, Bachelor in Tourism, Business and/or Economics
- High level of English in verbal and written communication; other languages are a plus
