THE ROLE

Reporting to the Brand and Content Manager, you will support the FARFETCH Private Client Marketing team across all our communication touch points, to provide an elevated and unique shopping experience for our best customers. You will support our Private Client Marketing team with brand material across content, partnerships, acquisition and loyalty & retention activations, to provide our top clients with suitable and elevated communications, at the right place and at the right time. You will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers, demonstrating a desire for continuous improvement, supporting cross-departmental projects and goals, whilst being creative and commercially knowledgeable with an understanding of the luxury industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage our Private Client Marketing calendar for both local and global activity, this includes collaborating with our global Private Client teams to support them with* *content building and execution, ensuring brand consistency across our global markets and supporting them with guidance and Marketing assets where needed
  • Build our Private Client Marketing content targeting newness, elevated communications, driving our trading targets, with visually merchandised Private Client custom sets, keeping in mind our top performing brands, categories and client profiles
  • Support with planning and briefing in Private Client Marketing activations across our different touch points with the FARFETCH Marketing teams, ensuring delivery against set deadlines and support with ongoing branding projects, activations and collaborations across gifting, events and exclusive launches
    Report on our weekly Marketing campaign activations across both content, brand and retention activities, working with our Private Client analytics team to provide performance metrics, propose insights and seek new opportunities

WHO YOU ARE

  • You understand the luxury fashion industry and have the ability to come up with new and refreshing content ideas
  • Experience planning and building cross-touchpoint Marketing campaigns
    Experience reporting on Marketing campaigns.
  • Commercially focused and motivated, with the ability to work strategically when planning out our Private Client Marketing calendar
  • Experience in writing and creating presentations
  • Project management experience advantageous
  • Sense of creativity and understanding of the creative process
  • Experience researching talent, artists and brand partners for collaboration for gifting and content creation opportunities
