Project Manager

Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:

• Manages the implementation of NICE’s portfolio of solutions in conjunction with NICE customers and NICE internal teams
• Work with the Sales Team and the customer in understanding the business need of the solution being implemented
• Assemble, coordinate, and lead the NICE’s internal deployment team
• Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life-cycle assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the solution delivery
• Execution of the NICE Communication plan including, but not limited to, project health status, regular project meetings, and financial reporting throughout the project Life-cycle
• Identification and action planning of project risk
• Manage and maintain customer intimacy and satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle
• Manage and maintain NICE’s internal professional services administration tool ensuring project solution information, resource scheduling, and financial forecasting are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life-cycle
• Manage project profitability through identification of areas of risk and proactive management or mitigation of the risks to maintain profitability

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and manage people in a matrix environment.
• Proven Ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
• Proven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.
• Proven experience managing IT, Telephony, Software projects.
• Proven Ability to form strong customer relationships.
• Proven Ability to span business and technical issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
• Strong business acumen and orientation.
• Revenue forecast management.
• Budget management.
• PMP Certification desirable
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
