Leads in this role get to:
Manage Employee Relations and Administration: Manage attendance by checking the biometric data and summarizing in the month end. Manage employee leave in HR portal. Process salary in HR portal and forward to the finance team for approval. Track regularly the eligible list of employees for annual appraisal, probationary appraisal and contract renewal appraisal. Issues increment letters. Assists management with assessment of performance improvement needs. Arrange employee engagement activities like birthday celebrations, picnic, etc. Updates operations team on matters such as habitual late comers, absence, disciplinary issues etc. Inform clinicians about the payment terms, revenue slabs and the rules in case insurance patients are there till the license renewal. Coordinate with insurance companies for malpractice insurance certificates. Inform clinicians about their renewed license and complete the necessary documentation and enter payment made in HR software. Prepare other documents like birth notification / sick leave - DHA user ID and password when required. Collect required documents for renewal. Forward IOM after collecting documents to the HR manager. Follow up with PR and employee for medical and labor contract signatures and forward files for approval to the respective authority. Update in HR portal after visa stamping. Ensures timely renewal in QIC IP, life insurance, symphony OP insurance, medical mal practice insurance for the employee. Submit gratuity, HR Budget annually to the finance department. Update air ticket amount quarterly in HR portal. Supports to drive training initiatives and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support about the training sessions. Manages and maintains training facilities and equipment and suggest appropriate training methods. Ensure that compensation practices follow current labor legislation and regulations. Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analysis, benchmarking. Coordinate meeting with department head, HR for transfer, promotions etc. and issue the respective letter to the employee. Coordinates and arranges exit interview for resigned (voluntary/involuntary) employees. Collect clearance certificate for resigned employee. Prepare and forward final settlement calculation to the finance department.
