The Bosch unit in Aveiro belongs to the Thermotechnology division and manages the global business unit of residential water. Job Description*
Your contribution to something big*
- Take over the role of a Product Owner inside an Agile team;
- Act as customer's advocate inside the team and translate their needs into product requirements;
- Make sure the team works on the right things within the right priority;
- Collaborate with the business analysts to interpret user needs and refine the software implementation requirements;
- Co-work with the Design team defining and documenting properly each new feature, in a user-centric way. Our user is always in the focus!
- Document and manage the feature requirements, considering the dependencies and the user acceptance;
- Co-work with the Lead Product Owner and the Business Owner on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience;
- Document the user stories and manage the Product Backlog;
- Co-work with the App Architects ensuring the technical feasibility of the planned features;
- Co-work with the Scrum Master developing the team to work efficiently, with a positive spirit and always open for team-work;
- Ensure that the development team understands the features and fully supports them when road blocks appear.
Qualifications*
What distinguishes you*
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar;
- Experience in the following areas: product management, software development or quality assurance;
- Technical understanding about coding is a plus;
- Experience with Scrum and Agile processes particularly in Product Development;
- Good communication and moderation skills together with networking and ability to influence towards common targets;
Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory; - Willingness to work in an international environment.
