Job Description*
Your contribution to something big*:
You will be integrated in the Mobile App Development group that is creating the next generation of Smart Home control systems looking towards a more comfortable and connected home. With a smartphone anyone will be able to control from anywhere the comfort of their home, monitor their energy consumptions, schedule important actions on their appliances and have the peace of mind that if something wrong happens an information will arrive on time.
The HomeCom Easy App is already compatible with several Heat-Pumps, Boilers, Water-Heaters and Air Conditioners from Bosch and we are expanding the compatibility to additional devices, such as Electric Vehicle Chargers, Solar Panels, Water Softeners, Air Purifiers and others. At the same time we’re looking to increase the customer excitement while using the App, creating innovative and cool new features.
As an Agile Master within our R&D team, you will support four different sub-teams part of the same project.
For that you will:
- Foster the Agile methodologies within the development team, introducing and improving the Agile development process;
- Take ownership of the organization of all Scrum events (Daily meetings, Retrospective, Refinement, Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings);
- Support the team within self-improvement activities, team-goals tracking or pain-points identification;
- Support Product Owner with coordination of product backlog and sprint Backlog management;
- Support Engineering Manager with team growth and team development activities;
- Identify risks and assure a track of activities according to the defined plan, create transparency and increase team performance.
- Manage the new team members' onboarding;
- Organize and take an active role in the organization of team-building events.
Qualifications*
What distinguishes you*:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or Engineering;
- Experience in Agile environment and Scrum framework;
- Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels;
- Ability to coach and guide teams on performance and personal development;
- Good moderation skills together with networking and ability to influence towards common targets;
- Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote);
Proactive attitude with emphasis on process and people development; - Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English);
- Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
