Red Bull Italy's Operations Team is responsible for the entire supply chain of finished goods, point of sale items and event materials within Italy. Operational logistics are of central importance in order to get our goods to the desired location reliably and in the usual high Red Bull quality. As a Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for all operational and administrative activities in order to guarantee this accordingly.

- WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS

Responsible of innovative management of 3PL warehouse and transport providers for finished goods, driving a customer led efficient operations that delivers on all key performance indicators. Plan and manage the capacities and resources required for all material flows.

Responsible for stock accuracy and product age across 3PL partner systems and internal systems across finished goods and POS.

Management of two stock inventory counts/year, monthly system stock alignments.

Work alongside the Customer Service Manager and Sales to proactively identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives that optimise the route to market of key customers; work very closely with the Planning Manager, Marketing & Sales team to optimise the Point Of Sales (POS) materials stockholding and route to market for consumer activations and events.
- CLOSING, ANALYSIS, REPORTING & PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Responsible for Operations month end closure activities and reporting in collaboration with Finance.

Responsible for ensuring that SAP master data and EDI flows are accurate and maintained for all partners; ensure that SAP stock and movements are aligned and correct.

Proactively inform and accurately report on Key Performance Indicators and align with 3PL on initiatives to improve KPI.
- CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENTS

Run projects and initiatives to anticipate future needs of internal and external customers, to optimize the local value/supply chain processes, systems and costs, maximize partners service levels and minimize environmental impact of Red Bull operations.

Work alongside with the Customer and Logistics Head in preparing and managing tender and benchmarking process.

Consider ongoing sustainability initiatives across internal and 3PL landscapes such as green fleets and sustainable warehouse practices.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in FMCG Logistics.
  • Experienced in managing 3PL's.
  • High level of analytical capability and experience of Cost to Serve and network optimization.
  • Working SAP/BI knowledge.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Team-player and strong people, relationship and influencing skills.
  • Great communicator who can build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Able to negotiate externally and internally.
  • University Degree in Management Engineering or Logistic and Transport Engineering or Supply Chain is preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Travel 10%
