Your contribution to something big:
You will be a junior member of the Portuguese team with two major areas of responsibility: Personnel Administration and Recruitment. Your main tasks will be:

  • _
    Personnel Administration_
  • Support administrative processes for Robert Bosch SA;
  • Support in the complete and timely maintain data into SAP. Data and employee lifecycle and event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination);
  • Maintenance and control of personnel documentation (electronically).

  1. End to End Recruitment
  2. Do job publishing on internal and external platforms;
  3. Review and validate CV's that are received for the open positions;
  4. Participate in the first stage of the interviewing process;Qualifications:
    What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Language Skills: Portuguese at C1 and English at C1- level;
  • Professional experience in recruitment or HR Admin work: minimum of 3/6 months;
  • Able to work in a team and shadowing HRL tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong customer and service orientation;
  • Strong skills and knowledge in MS-Office;
  • Self-organized, self-motivated, autonomous and proactive.
