Description
TASKS:
- Elaboration of invoicing for company (IT Consulting Sector).
- Conference and validation of timesheets - preparation of Invoicing maps.
- Credit Control and Factoring Management.
Customer Care - replying to questions/doubts and taking corrective actions if needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Job experience in same tasks of at least 5 years
- English fluency (mandatory) and good basis of French language (could be a plus).
- Previous experience in SAGE software (not mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge in Excel
- Previous experience in CRM software.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Proactive, communicative, persuasive and used to contact with several stakeholders
- Enjoy working in a team
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strict and with attention to detail
