BUYING

We are product people at heart. LONDON

Our London Head Office is based in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People more. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

Joining the Beauty Buying team at Browns Fashion, you will have a love and awareness for all aspects of beauty. Joining a team of beauty enthusiasts in a fast paced and reactive environment at an exciting time, you will work with the Assistant Buyer and Buyer to grow the category, managing existing supplier relationships and meeting with new potential suppliers on an ongoing basis. Prior experience at BAA level within the beauty sector is preferred, but not essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will manage the timely send out of New Line Forms & Product Information Management templates to suppliers.
  • You will manage new order raising and ensure all required information is inputted into systems correctly.
  • You will manage the critical path to launch and communicate new launches to other areas of the business.
  • You will work with Merchandising to track deliveries into the warehouse and ensure delays are communicated in a timely manner.
  • You will monitor warehouse queries and work with the warehouse to resolve them.
  • You will ensure production trackers are kept up to date and manage sample call ins.
  • You will coordinate brand strategy meetings and make sure brand packs are prepared and circulated ahead of time.
  • You will research and suggest new brands to partner with.
